If you do not know your ring size, we recommend having your finger sized by your local jeweler. We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered and cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Some people wear their rings a bit loose, others a bit snug. The size is ultimately your responsibility. Due to the nature of the width of the Czernity ring, we have designed it for a comfort fit; so if you wear a size 6, order a size 6; but if you were a size 6.75 then order a size 7 and so on. And don't forget our Czernity rings can be worn on any finger you like, even as a thumb ring.

If the issue is due to manufacturing, Czernity will cover any repair or replacement fees. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear & tear and accidental breakage. Any repairs or work not done by Czernity will void this warranty.
Although Cubic Zirconia is 8-8.5 on the Moh's scale of Hardness, your ring will crack or break if dropped or hit on a hard surface. We recommend returning your ring to its jewelry pouch or another soft, protected surface when it's not being worn. Use warm water and mild dish soap or window spray for cleaning; dry with soft cloth.
